Customer Service Officer (General Insurance)

What You’ll Do

  • Reply to customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp
  • Help customers with insurance applications, policy changes, renewals, and basic claims support
  • Keep clear records of all cases in our system
  • Follow up on pending issues and make sure nothing gets stuck
  • Handle feedback and complaints calmly and professionally
  • Spot problems in our process and suggest better ways to do things
  • Support new feature launches and platform updates when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or above, with 2+ years of insurance-related experience
  • Good knowledge of Generali Insurance Products (Especially in Travel, Home & Motor)
  • IIQE Paper I & II required
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
  • Organized, detail-minded, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Comfortable with digital tools and systems
  • Fluent in Cantonese, and able to work in English & Putonghua
